'Dancemasters Volume 1' was an album apparently? I sure as heck, never got to see it though but this poignant moment from The Emotions did not escape my attention.
Produced by Maurice White (EW&F) back in 1976, 'Flowers' is a beautiful moment in its original form which was very wisely include on this 12" release.
Surprisingly, this 1990 remix project was handled with great respect and even now, nearly two decades later, it sounds superb. Both the most popular Wizdum Remix & the Sun Mix are fresh as you like, leaving the listener with a hefty decision. Do I play the excellent original or one of the good quality remixes?
