The Tonies last single from The Revival album, I think but don't quote me? I hadn't heard the track until the 12" came out and maybe that's why I love this version so much. Anyhow, 3 mixes, two by Streets Ahead (the DJ I suspect rather than the Jazz Band....) that are all good BUT...

I gotta tell a story... I've had this instrumental since 1992 at TSU in Houston. We NEVER knew who it was because KTSU would "talk over" the instrumetal. Today I find the song on a fluke and I cannot wait to play this for the fellas because it's been 17 years in the making...and waiting!!! Thanks so much for posting this!!!

ReplyDeleteJust so you know, tracks 2 & 3 have lots of pops and clicks, and track 2 has some weird delays around the 3:10ish area of the song.

ReplyDeleteOK, I've had a listen tonight and there's not much I can do about it. If you are talking about the little bit of crackle and grind on Brighton Daze then no can do but it is on a Wind Down Zone CD.
